Since our daughter, Addy, was old enough to talk, she's dreamt of the day her daddy would open a restaurant with her. Today, she's 13 and delights in seeing her name everywhere around our restaurant-on-wheels.
We are a family business and family is the foundation for all of our successes and future goals.
You can find our concession trailer at Number One Pond in Sanford, Maine from April to October as well as at occasional local events!
